We have so much to be grateful for this Thanksgiving — our volunteers, rescue partners, vet affiliates, fosters, donors and supporters. We are incredibly thankful for the wonderful families who’ve adopted our friendly kitties. Thank you for giving these special cats, warm, safe and loving homes ♥️
Today, we celebrate our feline friends and shine a spotlight on the incredible impact of TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) for our community cats🐈❤️
At the same time we are doing TNR at several larger colonies in the city, we are also caring for 35 friendly cats and kittens.
Our call list is constantly growing and we are working to get caught up with requests for spay/neuter. Thanks to the vets at Lollypop Farm and Whiskers to Tails we’ve been able to get 69 cats spayed/neutered and vaccinated since the beginning of the year.
We recently answered a call to trap a sick kitten and his mother. Little Woody is well now and will be up for adoption soon; his mother was TNRd. After talking with neighbors on this quiet block we learned of two large colonies of cats and got to work explaining TNR.
