Since 2022, our volunteers have worked diligently day after day, good weather and bad, to decrease the number of cats living on the streets – talking to colony caretakers, trapping, transporting cats to vet appointments, and distributing door hangers in the community explaining the many benefits of TNR.

Every cat who enters a trap is evaluated for temperament and overall health and safety. Yes, many cats go back to their original environment where they are cared for by devoted city residents or our volunteers. But every year, several hundred cats and kittens leave the streets and move indoors. This only happens because of TNR, teamwork, and YOU.

Thanks to YOUR donations over the past four years, we’ve helped 500 to 600 cats annually — ensuring they are spayed and neutered, vaccinated, and receive other necessary veterinary care. Please help us start 2026 with the support we need to continue helping so many cats in Rochester. THANK YOU!
