Not surprisingly, June was our busiest month so far this year. We trapped (or scooped up) 70 felines and met many new colony caretakers. While most of the adults were returned to their outdoor homes, seven friendly adults and 30 beautiful kittens are on their way to indoor living. During this terribly busy kitten season, we were happy to have some of the little ones accepted by rescue partners who we know are just as inundated as we are with calls for help.
Funding to help us cover the vet costs and spay/neuter for the many kittens still in our care is possible thanks to a grant we received from Bailey and Friends. We are truly grateful for their generosity.
