Last Tuesday we welcomed back Whiskers to Tails and Dr. Graf’s amazing team. It was a full day with 14 spays, 13 neuters, and lots of medical TLC. 🐾. Anjou finally had his mats shaved and Sad Tabby got the dental diagnosis we suspected 😿 More on that later. Both of these boys have been part of a very stable RocKats-managed colony for the past several years.

Thank you to all of our volunteers and Neighborhood Cats Network (@neighborhoodcatsnetwork ) volunteers who trapped, transported, delivered carriers, and helped out during the day ❤️

RocKats depends on donations to pay the cost of community cat spay/neuter and, unfortunately, donations have been lower than ever this year. Fixed cats are healthier and no longer contributing to the overwhelming number of kittens already out there. Up to 75% of kittens born outdoors die before reaching six months of age. TNR prevents suffering. TNR also helps us identify the friendly cats who belong indoors and respond to outdoor cats needing medical attention.

Thank you to those who have supported us. If you’ve never donated, please consider a $25 donation (or more!). A $25 donation by each of our followers would cover our projected expenses for the rest of this year including spay/neuter bills, other medical/surgical needs, and holding space maintenance costs. Thank you for helping these very special and deserving cats. 🐱 Donate here!
